Have to agree and nothing against Nylander but a defenseman should have been the choice in last years draft since TM knew we were short D-men not only at the NHL level but in the system as well. |

I hope that he does sign in buffalo! They could use him if he is projected to be a good player ,but does the maury firing hurt them signing him ? No g.m. no coach. Does that send up a red flag? Hopefully not ..good luck  |

This Russian kid may be a decent player, but to hype up an 25 year old, undrafted, 5'11" D man is not a good idea.
Not sure why any free agent would sign with the Sabres given the fact they have no president, GM, coach or scouting staff. Only an idiot chasing $ would sign at this point |

A chance to make it on an nhl team and be a starter is the only reason a kid like Antipin signs with Buffalo. This is a f#$%^ nightmare of an organization. Pegula really needs to find the right man on top to help stabilize the front office and bring in a quality GM to provide structure so that FA's come to Buffalo.
Actually surprised not to hear that has happened yet. How much longer can you delay the process before important decisions are needed?
